At Bright & Bloom, we stand behind our products. Refunds are only offered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or a replacement may be sent.
Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.
Used or opened items are non-refundable.
