At Bright & Bloom, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used or opened

  • Items purchased on sale or with discounts

  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer


Refund Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be sent or

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we will review your case.
